I don't know if this is the right forum for the following
problem. ..but here goes...I have Logeteck web cam and all was fine
until today. I had to remove a card out of my desktop, so i had to
remove all my connections to get it out. After, I reconnected ALL my
cables as they were..made sure, no mistakes. Then i turned on my pc
and XP and all are working fine. I then wanted to use my cam for a
video chat and when I clicked on it, I get a message that I have to go
to settings menu and do my video and audio setups again. I never had
to do this before. I even removed my usb cable and reconnected it and
i get the typical window message of a new product is installed, but
may not be working correctly. Does this mean everytime I remove that
usb cable I have to do my setups again and again? My usb wireless
mouse worked just fine and usb printer. I don't have to reinstall my
printer setup, but why the cam? Please if this is not the right forum,
be nice and just be constructive..some people here act like one has
done the unholy thing.
